Thank You for Believing in Our Community. This fall United Way asked the people of Wood Buffalo to Paint Our Town Red... to Give. To Volunteer. To Act. To get involved in our community. And our region responded by coming together to run an amazing 2011 Community Campaign. We united with our co-workers and friends to hold fundraisers and to spread awareness. We donated time, funds and passion. And we ran a campaign that will help thousands of people in our municipality. People who are our neighbours, our families and our friends. The funds raised for United Way reach across our region, moving people out of poverty, strengthening families and supporting children and youth. Because of your help, we will continue to build a community that is truly supportive of all who live here.
