I Believe In Possibility 2009 United Way Campaign September 10 – November 20, 2009 Download the Campaign Brochure Each September, United Way of Fort McMurray launches an annual campaign to raise funds for community programs and community action. For 30 years, thousands of Fort McMurray citizens have helped us make a meaningful difference in the lives of people in need throughout our community. With the slogan “I Believe in Possibility” and a strong belief in this community reaching out in troubled times, the united Way set a goal of raising $5 Million dollars in 2009. With your help, we surpassed our $5 Million goal. Thank you Fort McMurray, for 4th year in a row as "Canada's Most Giving Community"! Funds will be invested to build capacity in agencies and in programs that support families, youth, seniors, and individuals suffering from illness, poverty and homelessness.
